Supporting projects from proof of concept and feasibility through to scale-up and clinical manufacture, Upperton specialises in a range of oral, nasal and pulmonary dosage forms.
Upperton鈥檚 oral dosage form capabilities include blending, dry granulation, milling and coating for tablets and capsules, working with small molecules, biologics and new chemical entities for batch sizes of up to 250kg. For nasal and pulmonary dosage forms, Upperton provides expertise in powder and liquid formulations, including spray drying and micronisation, as well as device filling.
