Upperton provides a flexible and dynamic approach to GMP manufacturing. From first-in-human (FIH) through to Phase III clinical supplies manufacturing at our MHRA and Home Office-approved (I-IV) GMP facility, Trent Gateway.
We offer manufacturing and packaging of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) in dosage forms including聽oral solid dosage forms, bulk dry powders, dry powder inhalers,聽nasal suspensions and solutions; for both biological molecules and small molecules.

Our manufacturing process trains are built on the world鈥檚 leading technology, from a Gerteis Mini-Pactor to the O鈥橦ara Tablet Coater, a GEA Post Hoist Blender, to the Zanasi Capsule Filler, and the Futorque X to ProCepT and Niro spray dryers.
